Hope4Havering (H4H) opened it’s night shelter doors in November 2011 to serve homeless and vulnerable people by providing emergency accommodation and support. We shelter around 22 people in our night shelter every night and have helped over 750 homeless people over the past 5 years. Founded upon Christian values, we support people regardless of faith.
We have done a lot in a short space of time. Hope4Havering offers 4 services to homeless and vulnerable people all over Havering. These include: the Catalyst Night shelter; Thrive Community Housing, the Transformation Programme and our Housing Support drop in.
If Hope4Havering closed its doors, the street in Havering would change dramatically. At times as many as 30 people sleep in our care, many of whom would otherwise have no place to go.
